Usability testing
This is a project carried out as part of a college course. Using FARFETCH as my theme, I am proposing a design to provide a better purchasing experience for users. In the usability test, I did an AB test.
Members: Individual project
Duration: 1 month
Tool: Figma, FigJam
Deliverables:

1.Problem Statement
1. When users want to contact customer service, they have to move from the APP to the browser.
2. The Contact page on the browser looks like it does not work.
3. There is too much information on the shopping bag page, making it difficult to understand.
4. It’s difficult to see the stock before purchasing.

3. Proposal
1. Improving smooth back-and-forth between app and browser.

2. Simplifying the process of purchase.

3. Making stocks visible at a glance.

4.Testing: Quantitive
TaskA:
I ask them to add S-size tops to the cart and purchase 2 items including an item already added to the cart.
TaskB:
I ask them to contact the customer services.

Qualitative TaskA(purchasing products)

Qualitative TaskB(reaching the customer service)
5. Problem Severity

6. The report
Objective Results
-Users can reach the contact page or chatbot.→Success
-Users can reach the contact page or chatbot faster than before.→Success 347% faster than Ver.1
-Users can purchase 2items faster than the present app.→Almost Success 166% faster than Ver.1
*Two of the users couldn't do it because of the ○ and ×signs.
7. Conclusion(Improvement)
1. I reflected reactions that would confirm that the user had taken action.
2. I changed ○, × signs.
3. I changed chatbot sign smaller than before.
4. The sign was fixed so that it would not be covered by buttons or letters.
5. I simplified the purchasing processes less than before.
